West Indies Women’s “A” Team Bows Out Of T20 Series 2-1 Against Pakistan

The West Indies women’s “A” team lost their triangular T20 series finale to Pakistan “A” following an eight-wicket defeat on Wednesday in Lahore.

Batting first, the Caribbean women could only muster 97-6 with Qiana Joseph leading the way with 35 and captain, Jamaica’s Rashada Williams getting 18. Omaima Sohail and Rameen Shamim picked up two wickets each. 

In pursuit of 98, Pakistan “A’ strolled to 99-2 with 25 balls to spare. Shawaal Zulfiqar top scored with 39.

The Windies women’s “A” team had earlier won the three match 50 over series 2-1.
