West Indies hard hitting and star batsman Chris Gayle is again showing why he is one of the most loved cricketers in Jamaica.

Gayle has always jumped to support and contribute to worthy causes both locally and internationally.
Recently, the ace Jamaican cricketer has been on Instagram soliciting funds to assist a student’s diagnose with leukemia to get treatment.
Lee-Anna Walker, a fifth form student at St Hugh’s High School was diagnosed with Leukemia and will be the recipient of the funds that will help to defray the cost for her bone marrow transplant.
The treatment is set to cost £35,000.
Gayle is not just lobbying for the worthy cause; he is making his own contribution.
“Well, I actually get to meet Lee-Anna Walker not too long ago in Triple Century and I’m donating USD 20,000 towards her treatment,” Gayle wrote.
