Following the mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, the governments of Venezuela and Uruguay have issued travel advisories warning its citizens of the dangers of visiting the United States.
Uruguay’s Foreign Ministry urged citizens who travel to the U.S. to take extreme precautions.
Meanwhile, Venezuela’s Foreign Ministry also issued a statement suggesting that citizens postpone travel to the U.S. in light of the violence and indiscriminate hate crimes.
The U.S. has also warned its citizens against any travel to Venezuela.
