President Trump has said he thinks the results of the 2020 election will end up at the Supreme Court.

Following remarks about ballot fraud, Trump was asked if that’s why he wanted to appoint a Supreme Court before the election.

“I think this will end up in the Supreme Court. And I think it’s important we have nine justices,” Trump answered.

“I think it’d be fairly quick,” he said of the confirmation.

The president has repeatedly made unfounded claims that mail in voting, which is projected to happen at a record rate in 2020, leads to higher rates of fraud.
