Tokyo Olympics sprint relay gold medalists Shericka Jackson and Briana Williams headline the country’s team to the World Athletics Indoor Championships in Belgrade, Serbia from March 18-20. Jackson and Williams will contest the 60 meters.
The other women are quarter milers Roneisha McGregor and Stephenie-Ann McPherson and Junelle Bromfield, who is entered as an alternate.
Natoya Goule will contest the 800 meters, while sprint hurdlers Britany Anderson and Danielle Williams will compete in the 60m hurdles.
Bromfield, McGregor, and McPherson will be joined by Tiffany James, Tovea Jenkins and Janieve Russell in the 4×400 meter pool.
Kimberly Williams in the triple jump and Danniel Thomas-Dodd in the shot put event will be the country’s standard bearer in the field.
Meanwhile, only three men will represent the country at the championship with Christopher Taylor set to run the 400 meters, Olympic bronze medalist Ronald Levy the 60 meter hurdles, and Nigel Ellis the 60 meter dash.
