BOB MARLEY
Ingredients
6 oz Strawberry daiquiri
6 oz Mango daiquiri
1/2 oz Mango mix with Blue Curacao
Method
Blend all ingredients separately, then pour in layers of red, yellow and green.
CHOCOLATELATINI
Ingredients
1 oz Grey Goose vodka
3 1/4 oz rum cream
4 oz 100% cream
Chocolate syrup to taste
Method
Put all ingredients in a shaker. Shake vigorously and pour into a martini glass.
CARIBBEAN DELIGHT
Ingredients
1 oz Appleton rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz apricot brandy
Dash of orange juice
Splash of Blue Curacao
Dash of strawberry syrup
Method
Combine rum, pineapple juice and apricot brandy into a shaker. Shake vigourously. Pour from shaker into glass. Use bar spoon to layer Blue Curacao and strawberry into glass. Garnish with orange wedge and cherry.
BLUE MARGARITA
Ingredients
1 1/4 oz Patrón tequila
3/4 oz Blue Curacao
Sweet and sour mix to taste
Dash of lime juice
1/4 oz Triple Sec
Method
Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
CLASSIC BELLINI
Ingredients
Moët & and Chandon Champagne
1/4 oz Peach Schnapps
Slices of strawberry
Method
Pour a flute of champage and add Schnapps and garnish with strawberry slices.
BLUE HAWAIIAN
Ingredients
1/4 oz Malibu Coconut cream
1/2 oz Cocomania coconut rum
1/4 oz Blue Curacao
Dash of pineapple juice
4 oz whole or skimmed milk
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth, and serve.
