Consequently, the country is offering a one-off payment to its citizens to treat with the birth of babies as a priority.

Singapore has one of the lowest birth rates in the world, which it has struggled to increase over the years.
The country already offers all sorts of incentives to jump start a baby boom however, to date that is yet to be realized.
Details of the country’s latest bonus offer to push the birth rate up have not been announced.
