Two-time Olympic 100m champion Shelly-Ann Fraser Pryce turned up the heat in running a spectacular new personal best to highlight the Jamaican performances at the Wanda Diamond League meet held in Lausanne, Switzerland, recently.

Fraser-Pryce was in a no-nonsense mood as she blitzed her way to a new lifetime best and meet record 10.60 seconds, bettering her previous personal best of 10.63 seconds, set on June 5.

Elaine Thompson Herah stormed home for the runner-up spot in 10.64 seconds, while Shericka Jackson took third position in 10.92 seconds.

It was the third consecutive 100-meter sweep of the top three places by the Jamaicans following their achievements in Tokyo and Eugene.
