Recipe For Chia Cereal

chia cerealIngredients:

  • 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Vega Maca Chocolate, chopped

Method:

Mix all above ingredients in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Add in one scoop of Vega One Nutritional Shake, Chocolate and mix with additional almond milk until you get a smooth pudding texture.

Garnish with chopped Vega Maca Chocolate.

Serves four or you can keep it in the fridge for breakfast during the week.
