President Obama Set To Depart White House In A Party Mood

U.S. President Barack Obama is reportedly set to dance his way out of the White House.

Both the President and First Lady Michelle Obama will host a farewell party at the White House this Friday, according to press reports.

The event dubbed a “grown up” party will have in attendance the likes of Beyoncé and Jay Z, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney, and Usher among the stars rumored to be on the guest list.

Hip-Hop artist Chance the Rapper confirmed his attendance on Twitter saying, “Bout to fly 21 hours to DC to bid farewell to the greatest president in U.S. history. God bless you Potus.”

Movie directors George Lucas and JJ Abrams, talk show great Oprah Winfrey and actors Samuel L. Jackson and Bradley Cooper are also expected to take their seats for the A-list soiree.

The inauguration ceremony for his successor, Republican president-elect Donald Trump, is set for January 20.

There hasn’t been an official announcement from the White House yet about the details of Obama’s party, but some of the guests have already begun to post about it.
