American media business woman extraordinaire, talk show host, actress, producer, and philanthropist, Oprah Winfrey has endorsed Hillary Clinton for President of the United States.
Oprah is best known for her talk show The Oprah Winfrey Show, which was the highest-rated program of its kind in history and was nationally syndicated for over twenty years.

Dubbed the “Queen of All Media”, she has been ranked the richest African-American of the 20th century, the greatest black philanthropist in American history, and is currently North America’s first and only multi-billionaire black person.
“What I know is that for her to take the risk of stepping out of her comfort zone is extraordinary”, President Obama said of Winfrey in response to her endorsement of Hillary Clinton.
Oprah Winfrey also endorsed the then-Senator Obama for president in his election bid in 2008.
Back then it was Winfrey’s first public endorsement of a politician. “I’m so proud of Barack and Michelle Obama and what this means for all of us…the new possibilities for our country,” she said then.
This time, Winfrey sees in Clinton, the possibility of making history again by helping to put the first woman in the Oval Office.
“Regardless of your politics, it’s a seminal moment for women”, Winfrey said. What this says is that there is no ceiling. “It says anything is possible, yes, when you can be leader of the free world”, she said.
Using Clinton’s slogan, Winfrey added, ‘I’m with her’.
In the meantime, Clinton thanked Winfrey and gave her props for being a trailblazer.
Donald Trump floated Winfrey’s name as his vice president last June in an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, only to tell Fox News’ Sean Hannity later that the remark was only a “joke” and that the vice presidency was “not for her.”
