Judge’s Decision Could Raise Donald Trump’s Blood Pressure

A judge has put Donald Trump in a spot of bother following complaints brought to the court’s attention by former students of Trump’s University.

The complainants, who paid up to $35,000 for seminars to learn about the Trump’s real estate investment strategies, have charged that they were misled and stiffed of their hard earned cash for the course.

In an order signed recently, U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel said that materials, including Trump University procedures on dealing with students and the media, should be unsealed.

He made the call on the basis that the materials had already been published by the media organization Politico and that a magistrate judge described them previously as “routine” and “commonplace.”

Trump has taken umbrage to the judge’s decision and at a rally he criticized the judge, calling him “hater.”

“I have a judge who is a hater of Donald Trump. A hater. He’s a hater,” Trump said.

“We’re in front of a very hostile judge. The judge was appointed by Barack Obama,” Trump said, adding he believed Curiel was Mexican.

Trump is unmindful of the fact that Curiel is an American who was born in East Chicago, Indiana, and graduated from the Indiana University School of Law.

Trump has already drawn heat for describing Mexicans as criminals and rapists. He has also promised that if he is elected president he would build a wall along the Mexican and U.S. border to prevent illegal immigration. Moreover, he said that he would demand that Mexico pay for the building of the wall.

Trump has also recently criticized one of the highest profile Hispanic women in the Republican Party, declaring that the New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez has not handled the state’s economy well.
