Job Creation Remains Robust In U.S.

Job creation in the U.S. remained robust last month, despite turmoil in the banking sector and the impact of higher borrowing costs.

Employers added 253,000 jobs, which was better than many analysts had expected.

The unemployment rate fell to 3.4%, returning to a multi-decade low.
