Jamaica’s COVID-19 Deaths Climb To 186

Jamaica’s death toll from Covid-19 is now 186, with four additional persons dying in the last 24 hours.

They are a 75-year-old man of a Trelawny address; a 62-year-old woman from St. Mary, a 90-year man from the Corporate Area, and a 38-year-old man, also from the Corporate Area.

One death is under investigation.

The Covid-19 case count has also increased significantly, moving up by 32 to now stand at 8,670.

The newly infected persons range in age from one day to 98 years.

Twenty-four of the cases are from Kingston & St Andrew.

The others are from Manchester, St Elizabeth, St Ann, St Catherine and St Thomas.
