COVID-19 has claimed three more lives in Jamaica, increasing the death toll to 863.
The latest cases comprise a 63-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man, both from Clarendon and a 68-year-old woman who lived in Kingston.
Four more deaths are being investigated by the Health Ministry.
Additionally, 77 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed on Sunday from 584 samples.
The country’s positivity rate is now 12.5 per cent.
Jamaica’s overall case count has increased to 47,396.
The number of persons hospitalized with COVID-19 in Jamaica fell by 32 to 149.
Twenty-three of them are critically ill.
There are 22,898 active cases.
