Olympic 100-meter bronze medalist Shericka Jackson was the only Jamaican winner at the Rome Diamond League on Thursday.

Jackson upset a quality field including two-time Olympic double sprint champion Elaine Thompson-Herah in the 200 meters.

Jackson ran a blistering turn to get home in a meet record and season’s best 21.91 seconds. Thompson-Herah ended second in a season’s best 22.25.

The next Wanda Diamond League is scheduled for Oslo, Norway on June 16.
