1/4 cup(s) onion, chopped
1/4 cup(s) tomato, diced
1/4 cup(s) red sweet pepper, diced
1 teaspoon(s) Hot Pepper Sauce
1 tablespoon(s) parsley, chopped
1 cup(s) avocado, diced
1/2 medium lime
1/4 cup(s) Vegetable Oil
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
Avocado Salsa Directions
Combine red onion, tomato, sweet pepper, Hot Pepper Sauce, and chopped parsley in a large bowl.
Add the avocado and squeeze on the lime juice.
Drizzle on the vegetable oil and add salt.
Gently fold the mixture to ensure even distribution.
Cover and put to chill.
To Serve: Serve with Poached Fish Fillet.
