After spending five years as captain of the West Indies test team, Jason Holder says he would not consider the position for the remainder of his playing career.
The 30-year-old who was relieved from the post at the start of 2021, says he has changed his mentality having returned to the team as a regular playing member.
Holder added that he did not understand the magnitude of the role when he took up the opportunity from former chairman of selectors Clive Lloyd.
