Jamaica and Windies all-rounder, Andre Russell was in command batting performance in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) on Tuesday.
He was in a destructive batting mood, hitting a 38 ball 46 as the Dynamites posted 140-8 from their 20 overs.
Playing second fiddle was former West Indian ODI captain, Dwayne Bravo who hit 23 not out, as Junaid Khan bagged 4-24.
The Khulna Titans in their reply could only post a meager total of 86 as Russell and Bravo sizzled to claim three wickets each.
Andre Fletcher, another Windies player in the league, was the top scorer in the Titans innings with a score of 28.
There were also top performances from other Windies players — Darren Sammy and Kesrick Wlliams, playing for the Rajshahi Kings defeated Chris Gayle’s Chittagong Vikings by 3 wickets in the early BPL eliminator.
The Vikings first posted 142-8 as Gayle hit 44 off 30 balls with Tamim Iqbal top-scored with 51. Jamaica Tallawahs talisman Williams took 4-41 while Sammy went wicketless from 3 overs for 20 runs.
In reply, Sammy slammed his way to 55 not out off 27 balls including 7 fours and 2 sixes to help the Kings achieve victory at 143-7 off 18.2 overs.
