COVID-19 Raises Its Ugly Head In Jamaica Again

Jamaica recorded 147 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday from 2,196 samples.

The positivity rate is now 17.6 percent.

Hospitalizations have increased to 79.

Two more deaths from COVID-19 have been confirmed, increasing the death toll to 3,013.

The fatalities occurred in St. Catherine during the period from February to April last year.

Another death is being investigated by the Ministry of Health.
