COVID-19 Death Toll Rise In Jamaica

Jamaica, over the weekend, recorded another five COVID-19 deaths, three of which were from previous cases under investigation. This brings the country’s COVID-19 death toll to sixty.

Meanwhile, there were 187 new cases, increasing the total to 4,758.

Kingston & St. Andrew accounted for 99 of the new cases. There are 3,291 active cases.

An additional four persons have died from COVID-19 in Jamaica within the last 24 hours, increasing the country’s death toll to 55.
