China Makes Move To 6G Technology

While many countries are struggling to get 5G mobile technology up and running, China has jumped ahead with its sixth generation (6G) mobile technology.

According to, a Chinese lab reportedly made a breakthrough in sixth-generation (6G) mobile technology.

The report noted that the government-backed Purple Mountain Laboratories said that a research team had achieved a wireless transmission speed of 206.25 gigabits per second, a world record for real-time wireless transmission.

The 6G speed recorded was about 10-20 times faster than current 5G technology in China, the report said.
