How To Fix Your Body pH Level

A pH less than 7 is said to be acidic and solutions with a pH greater than 7 are basic or alkaline.

One’s ideal pH is slightly alkaline — 7.30 to 7.45.

One can test one’s pH levels regularly by using a piece of litmus paper in one’s saliva or urine first thing in the morning before eating or drinking anything.

 Baking Soda and Apple Cider Vinegar

This is one of the best remedies when it comes to balancing your body’s pH levels.

All you need to do is mix one-third a teaspoon of baking soda with 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar.

The mixture will get very fizzy. Wait until it stops fizzing and adds 8 ounces of water. Drink the mixture in one gulp.

You should drink this mixture in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast, or

if you need it for discomfort caused by a meal, taking it after a meal is fine, too.

There is no exact frequency to take this tonic.

Some take it once daily, and some find it helpful to take it twice daily. It is helpful to be taken daily for a season.
